Speakup in debian stretch backports

Okay, I got my Doubletalk serial synth working with debian stretch. All
I had to do was to configure backports.

1. Add these lines to /etc/apt/sources.list:

# Backports for stable
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian stretch-backports main

2. Update apt and install a new kernel

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get -t stretch-backports install linux-image-amd64

3. Reboot
